Bulk Ordering

We offer bulk ordering for our Beef and Pork throughout the year. Wondering how to order? Check out the information below. 

Ordering A Quarter of Beef:

Call or email Andy to set up a time for delivery.  He will then walk you through the options of cuts for your quarter of beef that was dry-aged for 21 days. 

The amount you pay us for the beef is based on hot carcass weight, which is the weight after the hide and offal have been removed, but before further processing is done. That weight will be around 190 lbs per quarter and we are currently charging $3.85 per lb.  The total, including the beef, all processing, and delivery will be around $900.

The packaged, take-home beef will be around 120 lbs. 

1/4 of Beef Includes:

  • Steaks cut at 3/4" - 6 Ribeye Steaks, 6 T-Bones, 6 Round Steaks, 4 Sirloin Steaks
  • 4 Chuck Roasts
  • 1 Arm Roast
  • 1 Rump Roast
  • 50 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2 Livers
  • 1 Brisket/Bacon
  • Ribs

 

Ordering Half a Hog:

Call or email Andy to set up a time for delivery.  He will then walk you through your options for the cuts of your Half a Hog.

The amount you pay us for your pork is based on hot carcass weight, which is the weight after the hide and offal have been removed, but before further processing is done. That weight will be around 110 lbs per half hog and we are currently charging $1.95 per lb. The total including the pork, all processing, and delivery will be around $400.

The packaged, take-home pork will be around 70 to 75 lbs. 

Half of a Hog Includes:

  • 4 Shoulder Roasts
  • 2 Packs of Spare Ribs
  • 8 lbs Smoked Bacon
  • 20 lbs of ham, smoked ham, and steaks
  • 6 packs of Bone-In Chops/Butterfly Chops
  • Remaining trim into preference of breakfast links, brats, or ground pork
